Based in Sydney’s vibrant Lower North Shore, we have built a strong reputation over three decades and currently employ a dedicated team of around 40 professionals. As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team and invite a passionate and experienced Senior Assistant Strata Manager/Strata Manager to join our thriving business.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, the successful candidate will possess:

• Certificate of Registration and Preferably a Class 2 Strata licence.
• A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant strata legislation.
• Strong financial acumen and attention to detail.
• A natural problem solver, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
• Energetic and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will also be confident, well-presented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing timely advice, support and high-quality service to clients.
