About the role
Join the friendly team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd as a full-time Order Entry / Customer Service Officer based in Campbelltown, NSW. In this a key role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage incoming customer orders via phone, email and online channels
- Enter order details accurately into our internal systems
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide order status updates
- Assist customers with general inquiries and troubleshooting
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer orders
- Support other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or order entry role, preferably in an office support or administrative setting
- Excellent data entry and computer skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- A friendly, professional and proactive approach to your work
