About the role
Join the friendly team at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd as a full-time Order Entry / Customer Service Officer based in Campbelltown, NSW. In this a key role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage incoming customer orders via phone, email and online channels
• Enter order details accurately into our internal systems
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and provide order status updates
• Assist customers with general inquiries and troubleshooting
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to customer orders
• Support other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or order entry role, preferably in an office support or administrative setting
• Excellent data entry and computer skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• A friendly, professional and proactive approach to your work
