Due to continued year on year growth, we are seeking a professional, committed, honest, driven all-rounder, who embodies energy and passion, to join our dynamic and compact team.

This role requires you to be the main points of contact for:

Consumer enquiries

Salons

Sales Representatives and Technicians

Responsibilities include:

Invoicing in MYOB all customer orders from Sales team and Colour Technicians via phone and email, through to processing payments

Supporting the Sales team and Technicians, point of contact for all orders, questions, deliveries, support product and payments

Customer questions, from payment method, problem solving through to orders

Consumer enquiries, finding a stockist

Warranty Claims

Freight tracking

Telephone lead generation, first point of contact for all potential new clients

Liaising and working closely with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are dispatched correctly

Filing and credit checks

Reception for customer collections and warranty claims

Misc. office duties as required.

For this role you will need to possess the following:

Team player being able to work closely within a team environment

An exceptional customer service attitude

Good organisation skills and attention to detail

A positive, friendly personality with a 'can-do' attitude

A degree of proficiency with MYOB or similar accounting software, but not essential

Sound knowledge of MS office, especially excel and outlook

Reliable and trustworthy.

Good communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
