About the Role:

This role is onsite and located in Dural, NSW.

We’re seeking an experienced and passionate EDM Marketing Specialist who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow into a future manager role, taking ownership of our email marketing space. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset who wants to advance professionally, personally, and financially.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate closely with a supportive team of marketing professionals and thought leaders, working to drive Supavest’s email marketing strategy forward. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in supporting other internal stakeholders, ensuring their email marketing objectives align with overall business goals.

You will effectively manage and proactively execute the end-to-end email campaign program delivery for our business. You will utilise your hands-on digital marketing and email marketing platform experience to lead our email marketing campaign build and implementation to increase revenue from our email channel and optimise our campaigns for customer engagement.

As part of our Digital Team, you will additionally support the roll-out of initiatives across various touchpoints in the customer relationship management stages to drive commercial outcomes for the business.

Core Responsibilities:

● Own and nurture our database, developing forward-thinking strategies to enhance, monitor, grow, and effectively market to our contacts

● Take full ownership of the EDM marketing strategy and implementation

● Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns

● Leverage automation and continually seek opportunities to scale and enhance campaign effectiveness

● Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices, proactively bringing new ideas to the table

● Act as a client-facing representative, confidently providing solutions and addressing challenges as they arise

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and achieve email marketing objectives

What We're Looking For:

● Proven experience in EDM/email marketing

● Desire to step into a management role and take ownership of the EDM space

● Hands-on capability combined with strategic thinking

● Demonstrated understanding and experience in email automation and campaign scaling

● Experience with HubSpot is desirable but not essential

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire for continuous improvement

● Excellent communication skills, with confidence in client-facing roles
