WOW Recruitment is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our client's growing team in North Sydney. This is your chance to take ownership of their entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to long-term loyalty, and make a real impact on the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and Optimise Customer Journeys: Craft compelling, data-driven customer journeys that nurture leads and maximise lifetime value.
• Master Email Marketing & Automation: Lead the charge on email campaigns, leveraging powerful automation tools to deliver personalised experiences at every touchpoint.
• Dive Deep into Data: Analyse campaign performance, uncover actionable insights, and generate detailed reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion A/B Testing: Plan and execute rigorous A/B tests to optimise messaging, timing, and design for maximum impact.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Segment & Personalise: Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted and personalised marketing.
• Craft Compelling Copy: Write engaging, customer-centric email copy that resonates with diverse audiences and drives conversions.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience using marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Iterbale, or similar.
• A strong track record of creating and optimising customer journeys.
• Hands-on experience in email marketing, automation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• A deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Any experience in regulated industries would be advantageous.

Salary
In the range of $100-110k + Super

Location
North Sydney office (on-site 5 days per week)
