With the provision of additional annual leave accruals and penalty payments, our Client Service Coordinator operational hours are 7 days a week between 7:00am and 8:00pm, working on a rotating roster. You are integral to our client's journey, processing and assessing clients service eligibility, and providing a client-centred onboarding experience connecting our clients to products and services that meet their care-in-the-home needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess eligibility and coordinate the client referral needs, supporting a seamless transition of clients to appropriate services within RDNS
  • Predominantly supporting our SA health referrals with some support within the Aged Care space
  • Provide a client centred onboarding experience and ongoing care support service
  • Liaise and build rapport with clients, their families, referrers and staff to ensure an exceptional and effective service is delivered
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring sensitive client interactions are handled with respect and care

About you

  • Administration guru with medical/community services experience
  • Customer service champion - Amazing communication skills and a desire to help others
  • Time management wizard - Flexible, and able to multitask and prioritise
  • Director of First Impressions - you will be the first point of contact for our client referrals
  • Captain of your own workload in a fast-paced environment, but also able to collaborate with the team
  • Tech savvy - know your way around MS Office and able to learn new systems
