About the role

As a Rental Sales Officer at our Tullamarine Location, you will:

• Love helping customers to create an unbeatable customer experience
• Enjoy selling and be skillful at promoting extra products and services
• Be able to work Saturday, and public holidays
• Be Reliable and Honest
• Highly motivated with a willingness to help customers at all times.

Excellent customer service skills and a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.

• Hours between :
• 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri.
• 9.00am to 1.00pm Sat. When required

• Exceptional presentation and personal grooming.
• Team player with the ability to work outside normal business hours.
• Must have can do attitude.
• Manual drivers licence is essential.

Your role will include but not limited to:

• Processing vehicle rentals and returns
• Preparing Vehicles for rentals
• Face-to-face and telephone contact with customers
• Undertaking basic daily duties to ensure the smooth running of the business

Vehicle rental experience and knowledge of Rental software will be highly regarded.

Skills and experience

Previous Car Rental Experience, Essential/ preferred.
