About the role

We’re looking for Full-Time and Casual Sales Associates for our new Garda store opening in Burnside Village this April, the reopening of Shouz at Burnside Village at the end of May, and for our existing store at Marion Westfield. Varying hours available.

Duties Include (not limited to):

• Outstanding customer service
• Merchandising
• Stock unpacking and distribution
• Lifting boxes and cartons of product (must be able to lift 10kg)
• Have the ability to achieve and exceed KPI's
• Has the ability to create a positive team environment
• Demonstrates a "team player" attitude
• Packing online orders and use of the online system
• General administration

Skills and experience

Applicants must:

• Have proven experience in Fashion Retail
• Have an interest and understanding of Ladies Fashion Footwear
• Be passionate about providing a genuine, meaningful and personalised experience for every customer, every time
• Be energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be confident & competent with the use of computer systems and software
• Be able to pursue and achieve sales budgets
• Be a team player who is motivated and flexible
• Be available to work weekends
