What You'll Be Doing

Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and execute events such as expos, grand openings, conferences, webinars, and team functions across NSW, VIC, and ACT.

Marketing Strategy Implementation: Work with the marketing team to develop and manage integrated marketing and communication strategies across multiple childcare services.

Content Creation & Graphic Design: Develop engaging content for newsletters, blogs, and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Website Management: Update and maintain the company website using WordPress CMS.

Photoshoot Coordination: Manage brand and facility photoshoots by liaising with photographers and videographers.

Centre Support & Travel: Visit various locations as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Email Marketing: Assist in planning and executing email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.

Survey Design & Data Analysis: Conduct surveys, analyze data, and extract insights to improve marketing efforts and customer experience.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on marketing campaign success, providing recommendations for optimization.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align strategies and maximize brand impact.

Industry Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends to refine marketing strategies.

Budget & Campaign Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a similar role.

A creative and energetic mindset with strong communication skills.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Experience in survey design, data collection, and analysis.

Familiarity with early childhood education principles is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of experience in marketing coordination and event management.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or Business.
