As one of Australia’s growing real estate companies, we are driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by working with owners, landlords and investors to develop and implement property management and sales mainly through the North Shore, City Areas and Easter Areas, three offices within the Great Sydney.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all facets of property marketing while providing essential administrative support. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales and Property Management (PM) teams to ensure the successful and timely execution of property campaigns, all while maintaining the company’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end marketing process for property listings, including planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns are launched on schedule and align with business objectives.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, signboards, and online advertisements.
  • Serve as a liaison between suppliers, external agencies, and internal teams to facilitate timely execution of campaigns and marketing assets.

Sales Administration

  • Provide administrative support by processing documentation, sales contracts, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Update and maintain the company database to ensure all records are current and accurate.
  • Assist the Sales and PM teams with day-to-day administrative tasks to streamline operations.

Brand Consistency

  • Ensure that all marketing materials consistently reflect the company’s brand identity and adhere to established marketing standards.
  • Monitor the use of brand assets across different platforms to maintain a cohesive brand image.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or real estate marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Salary Package

$60,000 - $ 80,000 Annual Salary Package Inclusive Superannuation
