About the Role

Lift Equipt is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. Offering a flexible 24-hour workweek, this role involves managing the accounts payable function and ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing. It's a fantastic opportunity to support the financial operations of our expanding company.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process and reconcile incoming supplier invoices with accuracy
• Resolve payment discrepancies by liaising with internal departments and vendors
• Maintain detailed records of all account's payable transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounts payable reporting
• Support the broader finance team as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of accounting principles
