We are renowned for our quality products and our exceptional customer service. At current we wholesale, manufacture, upholster in house, we also have retail stores in Osborne Park, Joondalup and Mandurah and we are now preparing to franchise!

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Accountant and working as part of a small finance team, you will contribute to the effective management of the accounts payable function. This includes assisting with invoice processing, statement reconciliations, supplier queries, and payment runs. You’ll also support month-end processes, assist with reporting, and help drive continuous improvements in how we manage payments.

The role is part time (school hours) preferably Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 2/2:30pm. We’re happy to offer flexibility for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities

· Provide consistent, timely, and accurate delivery of accounts payable services

· Ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the accounts payable system

· Deliver accounts payable functions efficiently and effectively

· Process and validate invoices in Xero/ Dext

· Perform a range of operational activities related to accounts payable, including customer advice, monthly reconciliations, and other relevant duties as required

· Assist in companywide payroll and the payment of commissions when required.

About You

· You have substantial experience using Xero

· You have a relevant certification or degree in accounting or finance

· You are computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook & Excel

· You’ve worked in Accounts Payable before and are confident managing the full AP function

· You enjoy working independently but also contribute well in a small team

· You're familiar with Dext or Weel (desirable, not essential)

· A background in payroll (desirable, not essential)

· You are willing to undergo a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) screening check

· You are willing to receive any vaccinations as required by the NDIS
