THE KEY DETAILS
This is a temporary role to oversee Accounts Payable (AP) while our client's business undergoes structural changes—because, let's face it, bills still need to be paid! You will be managing the AP function under the guidance of the Finance Manager.

THE CLIENT
Based in Rivervale, you'll join a team of genuine, friendly, and down-to-earth people who take pride in their work.

THE ROLE
Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring Vendor/Supplier invoices daily.
• Checking that invoices have Purchase Orders (POs) and, based on the project associated with the PO, distributing invoices for approval and receipting.
• Processing invoices once approved and receipted.
• Sorting processed invoices by payment terms and preparing payment runs for any older invoices that remain unpaid.
• Addressing Vendor and Supplier queries.
• Processing telephone reimbursements.
• Handling Credit Card invoices.

ABOUT YOU
Accounts Payable might not literally be your middle name, and you likely don’t have a tattoo proclaiming “Attention to detail” on your arm—but you should embody these qualities nonetheless!
We expect:

• At least three years of Accounts Payable experience.
• A solid understanding of Purchase Order and Vendor number management.
• Expertise in handling AP tasks from start to finish.

While experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be a bonus, it’s not essential.
