Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage a high volume of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for verification.
• Perform weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Maintain organised records of all AP transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and provide support during audits.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and communicate with internal departments professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong Excel capabilities, and previous experience using MS Dynamics will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
