Essential Requirements:

• Sales or trade experience
• Management experience within Sales or Retail is highly desirable
• Ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
• Ability to work with and understand industrial equipment, trade & tools and maintain a high level of safety standards
• Confident with computer software
• Working one day a week every weekend (11 Day Roster)

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Processing over-the-counter/phone sale transactions
• Provide accurate information about specific products, features and services
• Dealing with customer queries and offering solutions
• Merchandising and store displays
• Regular training and development
