MH Power is currently seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to join our project management team. The position offered will be a permanent, full-time position.

Key responsibilities for this new position include:

• Pricing and procurement of project materials.
• Receiving and recording incoming deliveries.
• Data entry and submission of Ausgrid project documents/forms.
• Learning Ausgrid processes and network standards.
• Becoming familiar with MH Power's business plan by assisting/working alongside the company director.
• Communicating with MH Power's clients, suppliers and Ausgrid project Compliance Officers.
• Working alongside MH Power's field staff and project manager with coordinating/organising daily workloads.
• Assisting MH Power's officer manager with the general running of company operations and requirements.

Required skills and/or Qualifications include:

• High level of computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.
• General knowledge of programming and project planning.
• To work in a team environment.
• Experience in managing multiple project tasks concurrently.
• Class C Drivers Licence.

Additional Skills and/or Qualifications (Not Necessary):

• Completion of electrical trade course – Cert III Electrotechnology.
• Experience and knowledge in the ASP1 Construction Industry.
• Experience and knowledge of the Ausgrid Network and standards.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or industry.
