Qualifications & experience

• Experience in general building maintenance including plaster, painting, door locks etc
• Experience in gardening/landscape/grounds maintenance
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to "get along" with all
• Current Open driver’s license

Tasks & responsibilities

• Willing to get in and get the job done, this person must be able to work autonomously, fulfilling a variety of tasks, including painting and plastering, tiling, fences and retaining walls, landscaping, general home maintenance and repairs.
