We are a growing holiday home management company with two hundred properties in the Culburra & Callala area.
Enjoy spending your days around the beautiful beaches and bays of the South Coast whilst helping our owners’ holiday rental properties to stay in top shape…
Job Tasks:
- Attending / fixing maintenance jobs at properties
- Logging / Updating maintenance job status in HomHero system
- Purchasing maintenance materials / replacement items
- Delivering maintenance materials
- Liaising with maintenance co-ordinator regarding jobs / status
- Logging job details / times in system
Skills required:
- Must have all round Handyperson skills - able to repair a broad range of maintenance issues
- Quick and efficient
- Friendly, confident communicator (will be required to talk to guests on occasion)
- Carpentry, plumbing, building skills highly regarded
- Basic technology skills e.g. able to use an iPad to update job status
- Full driving license (company vehicle and ipad will be provided)
Please note that you must live within a 30 Min drive of the Culburra & Callala area.
