Panache Hotel Group (PHG) is a dynamic and rapidly expanding hotel management company specializing in short-term accommodations, hotels, and independent serviced apartments. We are looking for an enthusiastic Handyperson Supervisor who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can efficiently manage day-to-day maintenance tasks across our vibrant hospitality venues. This role offers a great opportunity to leverage your skills and leadership experience within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

About the Role:

• Oversee general maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections for all hotels in Melbourne

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure facilities comply with safety and operational standards.

• Manage inventory and budget for maintenance activities.

• Report regularly to senior management regarding maintenance issues and improvements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or related industries.
• Excellent handyman skills including minor electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of organization.
• Permanently Visa status with no restrictions to work in Australia.
• Fluent in English speaking, listening, and writing.
• Proactive approach with keen attention to detail.
