• Analysis and interpretation of results, including trend analysis and commentary
• Driving the annual budget planning and forecasting function
• Creating feasibility models and leading the assessment of new development, acquisition or divestment opportunities
• Develop and manage 3-way long-term forecast models across the group
• Business partnering with stakeholders to identify and offer improvements
• Oversee, track and advise on performance KPI’s across the group

Your modeling skills and strong commercial acumen will allow you to translate large data sets across both financial and operational requirements. Translating these into commercial insights will enable critical strategic and financial decisions to be made.

A high level of knowledge and experience in financial modelling and building data efficiency, including SQL or PowerBi will be essential. An accounting background, along with experience within the building and development, health, aged care or other infrastructure-focused group where feasibility analysis is integral shall be important.
