Resourceful Recruitment is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in end-to-end business analysis, process mapping, and test coordination to join a growing utilities organisation based in Brisbane. This is a 12-month FTC with the opportunity for extension.

The client is going through an exciting transformation with a major growth trajectory. The successful candidate will focus on driving digital transformation and process improvements working closely with stakeholders to define, scope, and deliver end-to-end solutions. You will be responsible for leading testing efforts across digital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops throughout project lifecycles
• Oversee end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Identify business process improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Skills and experience:

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and test coordination for technology projects.
• Expertise in business process mapping, end-to-end testing, and modern digital frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, IPaaS) is desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira (or similar)
• Utilities experience ideal but not essential
