If you're enthusiastic about fostering a positive workplace culture, helping to shape our employee experience, and contributing to the growth of a leading software company, this role is for you!
At Moveware, we’re dedicated to providing our employees with a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment. As part of a global team, you’ll play a key role in driving our People & Culture initiatives, ensuring that our company values shine through in everything we do.
The Role:
As our People & Culture Coordinator, you’ll manage all aspects of People & Culture, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. This role offers the flexibility to work 16-24 hours per week, and you can choose your own schedule, whether that’s over 2, 3, 4, or 5 days—whatever works best for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support recruitment efforts, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and helping new hires integrate into the company.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Assist with performance management processes, helping managers track and support employee growth.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with our values and organisational goals.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
- Be a trusted advisor to employees, fostering a positive and open communication environment.
- Handling ad hoc admin tasks to support business operations.
What You Need to Bring:
- Experience in People & Culture or Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of People & Culture best practices, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture and supporting employee well-being.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance is a plus but not required.
What We’re Offering:
- Flexibility to choose your own working hours (16-24 hours per week) to suit your lifestyle.
- A collaborative, inclusive team environment with colleagues across the globe.
- A competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
- Opportunities to shape and improve People & Culture processes within a growing company.
- A supportive work culture that values work-life balance, creativity, and innovation.
If you’re an experienced People & Culture professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a dynamic and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
