About the Role: Threeways Roadhouse, a prominent establishment operating across three busy locations, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in organising and controlling the operations, ensuring efficient service and optimal customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Determine optimal product mix, manage stock levels, and set exceptional service standards.

Formulate and implement effective purchasing strategies, marketing policies, and pricing structures.

Promote and advertise the establishment’s goods and services actively and innovatively.

Engage directly in selling products, providing knowledgeable advice to customers about product usage.

Maintain meticulous records of stock inventories and financial transactions.

Undertake comprehensive budgeting for effective financial management of the establishment.

Oversee the selection process, training programs, and supervision of retail staff.

Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in retail management OR

Minimum of 1 year relevant experience plus relevant qualification (Diploma level or higher)
