Are you passionate about construction, mining, and heavy machinery? Do you have a knack for building relationships and driving sales? We’re looking for two motivated individuals to join our growing team in Brisbane!
We specialise in construction and mining machine attachments, offering a range of high-quality and custom solutions for clients in the industry. Now, we need a Business Development Manager to drive growth and an Internal Sales Representative to support and expand our customer base.
Business Development Manager
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying new business opportunities within the construction and mining sectors across Queensland.
Building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Partnering with the technical team to deliver customised attachment solutions.
Attending industry events and meetings to represent the company.
Helping us expand our market presence by setting and achieving sales targets.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in business development or sales in construction, mining, or related industries.
A solid understanding of heavy machinery, attachments, and custom solutions.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
A proactive, self-motivated approach to achieving goals.
Ability to travel for client meetings and events when needed.

Internal Sales Representative
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers, answering their inquiries, and helping them with their orders.
Building relationships with existing clients and assisting them in finding the best solutions.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
Supporting the sales team in processing quotes, handling product queries, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in construction or mining.
A strong interest in machinery and equipment – we’ll help you learn the rest!
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A good understanding of machine attachments is a plus but not essential.
