We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team and be part of our growth journey!
The position will look after clients in Perth and surrounds, being based from our headquarters in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
Specialising in technical sales of Trimble products distributed by Sitech WA in the heavy mobile equipment and fixed plant equipment in the civil, construction, transport and mining sectors across Western Australia
Frequent travel in the Perth areas and assigned regional territories in Western Australia will be an essential element of the role that will enhance business operations and continue to build our reputation and market share.
The position comes with an attractive salary package and commission structure.
The successful candidate will be strongly focused on sales to both new and existing customers. To be amazing in this role, you'll have persistence, organisation skills, an ability to learn technical product knowledge and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Developing new account opportunities
Expanding existing accounts in industries from construction, mining, agriculture and resource management.
Determine customer requirements through continuous communication and product knowledge
Presenting tailored solutions to clients, and quotations.
Attending trade shows
Maintaining accurate records in the company’s database and CRM system
Regular travel
Required skills and experience:
Proven experience in a previous sales role preferably in the civil, construction and mining resource sectors.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with decision-makers at all levels.
Aptitude for learning about our products, with a focus on technical aspects of the product
Drive and desire to achieve and surpass sales targets and chase new opportunities
Current drivers licence
Experience in the OEM/Civil/Construction/Mining space highly advantageous
