Role Overview:
They are looking for a driven and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and has a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
• Process orders, provide quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an internal sales, telesales, or customer service role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
