Our Client
We are excited to be working with an incredible client of ours who are a not-for-profit research and development company within the horticulture industry. They are seeking an experienced e-learning designer/developer for a critical project with potential for extension. You will work closely with the project manager and be expected to deliver 4-6 core modules by July, with potential for additional work.

The Role
As a successful E-Learning Designer/Developer, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Take raw content (scripts, forms, and information) and design e-learning modules that are easy to follow and visually appealing using Articulate 360 (Storyline 3 and Rise).
• Create engaging and creative training materials for R&D managers, focusing on making content more interactive, fun, and impactful.
• Work closely with the L&D manager to ensure the project stays on track and aligns with the overall instructional design vision.
• Collaborate with R&D partners to understand their needs and deliver training that meets those requirements.
• Use creativity to bring static content to life, making it interactive and engaging for the audience.
• Assignment: 3-4 month contract with a potential to extend
• Location: Sydney or Remote based (Australia wide only)
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Salary: $45 - $55/hour + superannuation

As a successful E-Learning Designer/Developer, you will offer:

• Must have Articulate 360 (Articulate Storyline 3 and Rise).
• Previous experience designing and developing e-learning modules.
• Ability to adapt and work independently to changing requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Proactively suggest design and interactive ideas.
