The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven and motivated support officer to step into a high-impact project environment.

You’ll be working alongside a skilled Instructional Designer, supporting the development of engaging learning resources that empower staff during a time of change. From lesson plans and eLearning modules to user guide updates and SharePoint content creation, your contributions will directly support the rollout of a large-scale HR system transformation.

The Role

Support the Instructional Designer across a range of learning design and content development tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in the creation of lesson plans and structured learning resources
• Develop and update eLearning content to support system adoption
• Maintain and edit user reference guides and supporting documentation
• Create and update SharePoint pages and sites for training and communication purposes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project team members to ensure content is accurate and relevant
• Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is clear, engaging, and accessible

The Ideal Person

You are a proactive, tech-savvy professional with an eye for detail and a genuine interest in supporting learning outcomes.

You bring previous experience in a learning and development or content support role, and you’re comfortable working with digital learning tools and platforms.

You’re confident editing and updating content across various formats, and you have the communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.

Experience using platforms such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and SharePoint will be highly regarded, as will any exposure to HR systems.

Salary / Rate

• $45/hr - $55/hr + Super
• Immediate start on offer
• 8 month contract
