This full-time role will see you leveraging your sales expertise to drive new business growth and expansion across our 3PL and transport service offerings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and consultative selling
• Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
• Provide weekly pipeline reporting and sales forecasting

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales role, ideally within the logistics, transport or supply chain industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or a related field is desirable
