About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the commercial property team at RWC Central Coast as a Commercial Sales Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be based in our Tuggerah, NSW office and assist our experienced Commercial Sales Agents with all aspects of commercial property sales and leasing.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Sales team, including preparing marketing materials, maintaining property databases, and scheduling inspections and meetings
• Assist with the sales process, including conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and preparing sales advices
• Support the leasing process by advertising available properties, screening tenant applications, and liaising with landlords and tenants
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed on current commercial property trends
• Liaise with clients, prospective buyers, Solictors/Conveyancers and tenants to provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the commercial property division

What we're looking for

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• A keen interest in the commercial property market and a willingness to continuously learn and develop your skills
• Proficiency in using real estate software and databases
• A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
