THE POSITION

• Assist the Director across a diverse portfolio of 250+ industrial, retail, and office properties.
• Management of regular communication with previous buyers, sellers, lessors and lessees through the database
• Proactive and systematic prospecting calls to clients
• Communication with Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Valuers and key stakeholders
• Assisting in the preparation of canvassing material, mail outs and any other correspondence associated with office listings, leasing and sale of property
• Co-ordinating and attending inspections as instructed

THE PERSON

• Current real estate qualifications
• You may already have commercial sales and leasing experience and looking to align with a progressive company; or you have residential experience hoping to transition into commercial.
• Great work ethic, with a determination to learn and succeed
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused.
