Known for their local expertise and consistent performance, they are now looking for a Sales and Leasing Agent to join their team and take full advantage of their well-established brand and client relationships.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Prospecting for new tenant and listing opportunities
• Conducting inspections
• Negotiating sales
• Negotiate lease terms and liaison with solicitors
• Run auction and private treaty campaigns
• Manage buyer inquiry
• Preparing proposals and agreements
• Nurture pipeline of prospective clients

The right candidate will have:

• A background in commercial sales or leasing
• OR residential BDM or sales looking to transition to commercial
• Confident prospecting via phone
• A Class 2 real estate license
• Knowledge of Western Sydney
• The ability to build and nurture relationships
