What You’ll Do

You’ll be supported from day one with training, structured onboarding, and hands-on mentoring. As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, including:

Supporting our team with legal research, file preparation, and client communication

Shadowing senior lawyers as they manage conveyancing matters

Drafting and reviewing contracts and property documents with guidance

Learning how to manage conveyancing files from start to finish in a supported, structured way

Participating in team training sessions and 1:1 mentoring to build technical and client service skills

Growing into a file-owning lawyer once you're ready

Working towards achievable billing expectations that grow gradually alongside your training milestones and experience level

About You

We’re not expecting you to know conveyancing—we’ll teach you. What matters is your attitude, mindset, and willingness to grow.

You are likely:

Recently admitted (or soon to be admitted) as a Legal Practitioner in Australia

Eager to learn and open to feedback

A clear communicator—both written and verbal

Curious, motivated, and proactive when it comes to building new skills

Confident using technology or willing to learn

Comfortable working onsite and contributing to a collaborative team culture

Looking for a role where you’re coached, not thrown in the deep end
