About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative (Industrial Products) to join our expanding team. This role involves promoting and selling a wide range of industrial products, including high-precision CNC tools, cutting and drilling systems, lifting equipment, and advanced stone processing machinery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and client engagement
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and understand their evolving business needs
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations and provide technical explanations tailored to client requirements
  • Collaborate with European manufacturers to stay updated on product innovations and specifications
  • Negotiate prices and delivery terms, prepare quotes, and finalise sales agreements
  • Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and after-sales services
  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client records
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategy
  • Represent Dr. Machine at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings across Australia

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of industrial machinery, tooling systems, or manufacturing technologies
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the industrial or construction sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel interstate when required
  • Familiarity with European machinery and tools is highly desirable
  • Valid driver’s license and full working rights in Australia
