We are searching for the best of the best – a proactive, customer-focused, and technically strong leader to take charge of our service operations and drive growth across our Perth and Kalgoorlie branches.

As our Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Kalgoorlie -based operations, while also overseeing and expanding our Perth operations, spending a minimum of one week per month onsite in Kalgoorlie. Your mission will be to drive excellence in service delivery, foster strong client relationships, and develop a highly engaged and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and mentor a growing team of refrigeration and air conditioning technicians across Perth and Kalgoorlie.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, job allocation, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we exceed expectations on every project.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to align service strategies with broader business goals.
• Manage budgets, performance targets, and reporting for both Perth and Kalgoorlie branches.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
