As our Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Manager, you would oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the installation of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and industry best practices.
• Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Inspecting and maintaining air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Diagnosing and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• A willingness to identify and pursue new business opportunities to assist in the growth of CMAX Group
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards

• Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident
• Cert III in Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning
• Refrigerant Handling Licence (Arctick) RAC001
• Construction White Card
• Current Police Check or willingness to undertake
• Tasmanian Driver's Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
