About the role

ARTOFCOOL P/L is seeking an experienced Air conditioning installer / service technician to join our team in Braybrook, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you'll be responsible for the installation and servicing of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.

What you'll be doing

• Undertaking the installation of new air conditioning systems in new and existing homes
• Servicing and maintaining existing air conditioning equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with air conditioning systems
• Providing technical advice and recommendations to customers
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with industry regulations
• Maintaining detailed job records and providing feedback to the team

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an air conditioning installer or service technician
• Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide clear, friendly advice
• A keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
