Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and effective e-learning content that enhances team members' understanding of the business and their role.
• Manage the learning system, ensuring the smooth operation and administration of training programs.
• Contribute to the design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and virtually
• Support onboarding and induction processes to set up new employees for success.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and improve training solutions.
• Contribute to broader employee engagement and talent initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, with familiarity in managing learning management
