What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth service.

Leading and inspiring the team to deliver standout hospitality.

Managing the balance between structured table service and the lively atmosphere of a traditional Irish pub.

Handling guest inquiries and resolving challenges with ease.

Upholding our high standards across food, service, and venue presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: At least 2 years in a Duty Manager or leadership role in a busy, high-volume venue.

Irish Hospitality Know-How: A genuine love and understanding of Irish food, drink, and pub culture.

Leadership Skills: You’re a confident leader who knows how to support, motivate, and guide a team.

Flexibility: Comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts, with a hands-on approach to hospitality.

Personality: Friendly, positive, and full of energy—you know how to make guests and staff feel welcome.
