Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks (e.g., vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing)
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to high standards
• Follow client-specific cleaning instructions to meet individual needs
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and their support networks
• Report any safety or maintenance concerns as needed

Applicants for Yard Maintenance must have:

• Experience in Yard Maintenance
• Understanding of client-centered care and sensitivity to individual needs
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Valid police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work outdoors.

• Assisting client with supported employment.

• Report any safety or maintenance concerns as needed

Applicants for Support Worker must have:

• Certificate lll in Individual Support or equivalent (or willing to undertake study)
• Blue Card (working with children card)
• Yellow Card - NDIS workers screening card/check (or ability to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Drivers licence
• CPR & First Aid Certificate Current (or willing to obtain)
• Vehicle with full comprehensive insurance (or willing to obtain)
• Manual Handling Training (not essential willing to undertake training)
• Medication Training (not essential willing to undertake training)

About The Role:
In home daily living assistance, including meal preparation, domestic duties and attending to personal care needs
Managing Challenging behaviours
Developing life skills
Supporting the client to access the community
Support the client to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS plans
Must be able to work a 7-day roster, weekends, and sleep overs

Job Type for all positions: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $44.00 per hour

Expected hours:

• Cleaner: 20 – 38 per week
• Yard Maintenance: 10 - 25 per week
• Support Worker: 20 - 38 per week
