About the Role:
We are seeking experienced, reliable and dedicated Disability Support Workers and reliable Domestic Cleaners to join our growing team. You’ll be supporting participants with diverse needs in their daily lives—at home, in the community, and everywhere in between.

Support worker responsibilities may include:

Providing personal care and daily living support

Supporting participants to achieve their goals (e.g., community access, life skills, hobbies)

Following Behaviour Support Plans and working alongside therapists and allied health teams

Creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment

Light domestic duties and meal preparation

Administering enteral feeds via PEG tube as per care plan

Assisting with hygiene routines and PEG site care

Performing safe manual handling tasks, including hoisting and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment

Supporting clients with mobility and positioning needs

Accurate and timely documentation

Domestic Cleaner (around Melville and Bicton area) – Key Responsibilities:

Provide general home cleaning such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces

Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in homes

Assist with laundry, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning

Report any concerns about the home environment to the team

Follow participant preferences while respecting privacy and boundaries

Be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

What You’ll Do:

Use clear, slow, and simple communication to ensure participants with communication challenges feel heard and understood

Encourage participation in daily routines and engaging activities

Provide gentle prompting for personal care, hygiene, and household tasks

Support the implementation of positive behaviour strategies

Monitor food choices and promote healthy eating habits

Establish trust and consistency to build strong working relationships

Maintain professional boundaries and respect participant confidentiality

Adapt to changes and behavioural challenges with patience and resilience

We’re Looking For People Who:
✅ Have at least 12 months of experience in disability, aged care, or mental health support
✅ Are strong communicators with clear and confident verbal skills
✅ Remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
✅ Understand and apply person-centred and trauma-informed practices
✅ Are reliable, respectful, and motivated to empower others
✅ Have a genuine passion for making a positive impact

Essential Requirements:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred)

Up-to-date vaccinations as per current health guidelines
