We are currently seeking experienced and qualified female support workers (35+ years old) to join our care team for a female participant based in Melton (Postcodes 3337/3338). The participant has high care needs and requires a mature, compassionate, and skilled team of support workers.

🧑‍⚕️ About the Role:

Full PPE is mandatory – Participant is immunocompromised.

Fragrance-free policy – No perfume, deodorant, or heavily scented products due to respiratory sensitivity.

Non-smoking requirement – Due to participant’s condition.

Support is needed:

Tuesday to Thursday: 2 Support Workers

Friday to Monday: 2 Support Worker

The participant also lives with cognitive disabilities, so English as a first language is preferred for effective communication.

✅ Requirements:

Certificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care (or equivalent)

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in high care disability support

Medication Endorsement Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Police Check

Working With Children Check

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Access to a reliable vehicle

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and flu (proof required)
