Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Administration / Customer Support Officer to be the welcoming face of Return 2. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our customers and assist our allied health teams by managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities (How You Help Our Community)
- Being a Guide:
Respond to customer and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email, and in person. - Keeping Us Organised:
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for our allied health professionals. - Records and Reports:
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policies. - Customer Experience:
Act as the contact point between our customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and high-quality service delivery. - Enhancing Efficiencies:
Assist with day-to-day office tasks to support overall operational efficiency. - Quality Assurance:
Support ongoing quality assurance projects and tasks to help deliver exceptional care.
Qualifications & Skills (important but not essential for the right person)
- People-Oriented & Community-Minded:
Passionate about enhancing the health and quality of life for rural and regional communities. - Excellent Communication & Customer Focus:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, proactive, and approachable demeanor. - Organised & Detail-Oriented:
Demonstrated ability to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. - Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in cloud-based software and Google products, with familiarity in customer management systems. - Team Player & Independent Worker:
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within a supportive team environment. - Experience:
Previous administrative or customer support experience is advantageous.
