Local Council Looking for a Weighbridge Operator to start ASAP!

Job Title: Weighbridge Operator
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
Pay Rate: $45 per hour + super

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighbridge Operator for an ongoing position with the potential to become permanent. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate weighing and recording of materials entering and leaving our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the weighbridge to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  
• Record and maintain accurate data of all transactions.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
  
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers and clients.
  
• Assist with general yard duties as required.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a weighbridge operator or in a similar role is preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
