The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Weighbridge and Sample Operator to join our client's site in Manildra, NSW. This role involves operating the weighbridge, sampling trucks, conducting grain sample testing, and maintaining site operations. The successful candidate will work with various equipment, ensuring accurate data entry and the efficient management of grain stacks.

What You'll Do:

As a Weighbridge and Sample Operator, you will be required to carry out (but not limited to) the following:

• Sample trucks and conduct grain quality testing.
• Operate the weighbridge and handle data entry.
• Operate various machinery including loaders, hoppers, drive-over grids, tractors, hand tools, and sample laboratory equipment.
• Unload trucks and assist in forming bunkers.
• Monitor grain stacks and ensure proper maintenance.
• Perform tarp work, sweeping, shoveling, and general site maintenance.

Safely use elevators and other equipment as required.

Your Skills and Experience:

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Must have grain handling experience.
• Must have experience with sampling or weighbridge operations.
• Must not have asthma, due to the nature of the work.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and manual labour.
