Position: Plant Operators
Start: Immediate
Location: Narrandera area

• $44.14 per hour
• LAFHA + Travel Allowances + Super

Our government client is seeking Plant Operators to assist with road construction works around the areas of Narrandera, Jerilderie and Wagga Wagga. The position requires camping away from the Narrandera depot. Allowances will be paid for living away from home and accommodation will be provided.

The main duties include:

• Operating various large plant including Loaders and Rollers – Multi, Padfoot, Smooth Drum, Mixer, Grader, Trucks.
• Conducting safety checks on all plant used, complete basic maintenance such as refueling and check the fluid maintenance records and reports to ensure the safe use of plant items

To be successful you will require:

• Experience operating a mixture of Plant including Rollers and Loaders
• Grader operating experience an advantage
• White Card
• Drivers licence
• Traffic control tickets (or willing to obtain)
• Workers on Foot (or willing to obtain)
• Willing to undergo a Police Check
• Ability to work as part of a team

This assignment will run for approximately 2 months with the potential to be extended.
