A bit about the P&C Administration and Support role:
They say ‘variety it the spice of life’…this role delivers! As primary support to the P&C Manager, each day will bring something new. It is a role for an organised and proactive administration star, who understands the importance of confidentiality, professional boundaries and work ethics.
Located across our Offices in Palmwoods/Birtinya, our new Super Star will quickly build strong organisational and industry award knowledge to enable them to effectively:
- Support People & Culture Manager on a variety of day-to-day tasks.
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment process, including phone screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and reporting on recruitment progress.
- Assist with on-boarding new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Manage compliance and the uploading of employment documents.
- Maintain and update Roubler software, to ensure accurate employee information.
- Assign mandatory e-training modules and monitor completion dates.
- Monitor “new employee” induction packs and version control polices/procedures.
- Ensure WH&S site orientation checklists are completed and hard copies saved.
- Provide administrative support 1 day per week, to payroll services.
- This role will be permanent part time 2 days per week, with a 3rd day added to cover Maternity leave for approx. 6 months. This will be reviewed and extended as needed.
A bit about what our successful candidate will bring to our team….you will:
- have a minimum of 1 years experience in an autonomous Administration role.
- be able to demonstrate exceptional administration and Microsoft Office knowledge.
- be proactive, have brilliant time management and deliver to deadlines.
- be honest and trustworthy, understand the importance of confidentiality and the sensitivity of the role.
- love people, be an exceptional communicator and enjoy a fast-paced working environment where no day is the same.
- hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from the Department of Communities, Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card)
- Have a drivers license and have a car as you may need to work from various locations from time to time.
