Wanslea is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Early Childhood Approach team, supporting children with developmental delays and/or disability and their families in the Rockingham/Mandurah region.

About you
You are professional, positive, and culturally aware, with a passion for supporting families. You have strong administration experience and are comfortable managing a high volume of calls.
You will also have:
- Certificate IV in Business and Administration (or equivalent)
- Experience managing high volume phone calls with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Current Working with Children Card
- Current satisfactory National Police Clearance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current WA ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
The Role
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling of appointments
- Provide high level administrative support to the Early Childhood Approach team to ensure provision of a quality service
- Provide high level customer service via phone, face to face and email
- Ensure the documentation and information management meet the requirements for the funding body, government agencies, service providers and Wanslea
- Adhere to privacy requirements and NDIA’s Information and Technology usage requirements in line with program obligations
- Actively contribute to the achievement of the goals in Wanslea’s Strategic Plan and the overall objectives of the organisation
- Coordinate events including bookings, recording attendances, catering, preparation of materials and charges
- If you have a genuine passion for supporting children and their families, combined with excellent administration and organisational skills
