The Role

We are seeking a recent graduate in Chemical Engineering or Science to join our client's team as Chemical Process Technicians / Formulators.

This is a hands-on, entry to mid-level position for our client in Narangba, ideal for a candidate who is passionate about chemical processes and eager to gain practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves operating machinery, following detailed chemical production formulas, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up formulation and packaging machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Measure and handle raw materials, including lifting up to 25 kg.
• Support quality control by sampling products and performing checks to ensure they meet specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong interest in hands on work within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 25 kg.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and effective team communication abilities.
