About the Role:
As an Assembly Technician at Grabba, you will play a crucial role in assembling electronic and mechanical components, products, and cables. You will be responsible for performing mechanical and electronics assembly, building cables and harnesses, and maintaining accurate records of assembly processes. Your work will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mechanical assembly of products
- Build cables and harness assemblies
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including defects, production quantities, and quality records
- Inspect and perform quality control on assembled products
- Operate various tools and equipment for assembling products and cables
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of assembly equipment and tools
- Collaborate with production team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies in all production activities
- Prepare products for shipment
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience in electronic assembly, box-builds, or related fields
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as assembly instructions and work orders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
